BULK REO ACQUISITION AND SALES PROGRAM

Avantis Capital, Inc. has formed proprietary relationships with some of the nation's top sources of bulk REO properties.

Specifically, we offer our clients an opportunity to purchase, in bulk, packages of single family homes currently owned by banks, taken back in foreclosure, and currently on their books as "Real Estate Owned" (REO).

 We are not list brokers.  You will have the opportunity to be working directly with the financial institution's mandate.

Opportunities we have available begin at 100 homes and greater.  Pricing has been averaging between $2,000/home and $10,000/home, depending upon geographic location.  We focus on packages located in the Midwest and southern part of our country.   CA, AZ packages are available at higher price points.

We have a unique turnkey exit strategy in place, should you need our assistance with disposition.  This includes due diligence, inspection, sales and note servicing.  We work with an expert team of vendors across the country.
